  1. Pingback: 2015 Summer Camp Registration is now open! | 4-H Camp Overlook

  2. I really like the idea, but I could not access the Summer Camp Class Choices. I will wait for the application in the mail. Are specific weeks filling up quickly? Autumn likes to go the first or second week of camp. Thank you.

    • Please contact our office in Malone (518.483.4769) to request a paper application! Since are are trying to go paperless, we are sending paper applications by request only. Week two still has space as of now, and week four is filling quickly! We cal also email you the summer class choices if you cannot access the copy posted here on the website.

  3. Could you please email me the list of summer camp class choices? I want to get Autumn’s registration in as soon as possible so she can get the week she wants.
    Thank you!
    Eileen Kurtz

  4. When will we find out what classes our child will get? One of the classes we requested requires an extra fee and it did not show up on the amount owed for camp. Our son is really excited and keeps asking me about his classes.

    • Class scheduling is done in late April, so at that time you will see the appropriate fee added to your account if your child is enrolled in that class. Thank you!

  5. I am not able to complete the scholarship application online. Are we supposed to do it online?

    • Hi Robin!

As of now we only have the scholarship in paper form, so you must download it from the website and print it out. If you need us to mail you a copy, please contact our office at 518.483.4769. The scholarship application can be mailed, faxed, or scanned and emailed back to us. We hope to have an online version next year! The scholarship form must be accompanied by an application, either paper or filled out online. Thank you!

    • Yes, though VERY limited. We have about 2 spaces for girls and 8 for boys left. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis! Applying online and paying your deposit with credit card is the fastest and easiest way to hold the spot. Once a session is full it will automatically go to our waiting list. Thank you!

  6. I did not like when you were filling out the application that you could not select and see what the course selections.

    • We are sorry you had trouble with the online registration process. Thank you for your feedback, we are always looking to improve! Please feel free to contact our office if you need any further assistance – 518.483.4769.

  7. I was wondering how to get into my account on here.I pd the down payment and did the registration but no idea how to check

    • By registering online, you had the opportunity to create a Bunk1 account. If you created an account and would like to sign in, please visit http://www.Bunk1.com and sign in. If you click on ‘My Account’, you will be able to see your payments and make additional payments if need be.

If you have not created your account, your original registration confirmation email from camp will have a link at the bottom with instructions on how to sign in!

  8. Are the class assignments available for enrolled campers? Where can they be viewed?

  9. We have tried to register online and its is impossible. Can we pick up reg forms at the court house?

    • Hi Betsy,

Sorry you are having trouble with our online registration process. You have a couple choices: you can pick up a paper application at the courthouse in Malone, you can email campoverlook@cornell.edu and we can email you a paper application, or you can call our office 518.483.4769 and we can walk you through the online application process or mail you out a paper application. Many ways to sign up for camp! 🙂

  10. I know your deadline is June 1st (today), but if you still have openings will you take camper registration after June 1st, we are looking at week 2, are there openings?

    • Hello Brenda!

Yes, we do have a few spots left in week 2 for Summer Camp. We do allow camper registration after June 1st, we just require the full amount ($409) at the time of registration. Feel free to contact the office 518.483.4769 with any questions. Thank you!

    • Hi Emma! That is a great idea. Since our counselors who are program directors plan the weeks and come up with the themes, sometimes even we don’t know the theme until a few days before. Hopefully next year we’ll know by late June so we can post them. Thanks for the suggestion!

  11. I see that online registration is available for 2016 but I do not see the dates. Are they posted on your site and I just don’t see them? Thanks

  12. Where can you find out wha week your child is going

  13. if you call our office at 518.483.4769 our camp registrar, Teresa, can look up that information for your child.

  14. Hey, I was reading through the activities and I noticed there isn’t an option for drama. That has been one of my favorite classes for quite a while and I would like to know what happened to it. Thank you!

    • Hi Grace! We are taking a break from drama this summer due to low enrollment the past few years, and to make way for a few new classes. Don’t worry, it will return in upcoming summers! There will also be a few drama classes/workshops offered during free time 🙂

  15. I just signed my daughter (Charlotte Clark) up for two weeks. There was a confusing message about paying the deposit and no opportunity to do that. I was hoping to pay online the deposit for two weeks – $150 each = $300. How does one actually accomplish that using this system? Thank you! Best, Suzanne Smith

  16. Can you send me the address. I hope I signed my son up for the camp closest to our home. Not for certain Jean Egeland
