Welcome to Camp Overlook!
Along with our renowned summer camp, 4-H Camp Overlook has transitioned to a year-round learning center, now offering all-season programming as well as facility rentals. We have welcomed school groups, church organizations, corporate and family retreats, sports teams, and various hobby groups to participate and learn in our team-building, environmental education, and outdoor education programs.
Facility Rentals include use of our bright, state-of-the art kitchen and spacious Great Hall, as well as cabins, grounds, waterfront activities etc.
Adventure Course is designed to develop teamwork, cooperation and trust! Activites and discussions encourage positve group involvement, tolerance and self-confidence.
The course offers Low Ropes Elements, which create exciting group problem solving scenarios that promote cooperative and leadership skills that are the ground work for dealing with real life problems encountered in school or on the job.
Also offered are High Rope Elements, which present a greater individual challenge while building on the notion of group support and trust. Trained staff belay climbers on elements located 20 to 60 feet above ground.
Specific goals can be designed to meet your objectives.
